- In a pan add oil as oil heats add mustard seeds then add curry leaves as it splutter add onion saute it till it turns pink in colour addtomato cook them for 2min then add ginger garlic paste, all dry masala and mix them together and cook it for another 2-3min.
- Meanwhile cut bread slice into small square pieces.
- Add water to the above mixture bring it to a boil then add bread piece into it. Add pinch of turmeric powder mix them together then add lemon juice and corriender leaves cook it on low flame for 2-3min then turn of the gas. Serve hot.
